Job summary

A W Edwards is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operational leaders across NSW construction projects. You will partner with Senior Project Directors and site leaders to deliver strategic HR expertise in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

With 8+ years of HRBP experience in construction or related sectors, you will manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation, while supporting recruitment and workforce planning for diverse project portfolios across

Qualifications

• 8+ years HRBP experience in construction or infrastructure
• Strong ER/IR capability and Australian employment law
• Experience supporting blue-collar and site-based workforces

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders on HR strategy
• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR advice
• Lead employee relations and grievances per policy
• Support workforce planning and talent initiatives
• Assist recruitment activities and coaching of leaders
• Ensure compliance with employment law
• Oversee workers' compensation management
