JV Recruitment partners with Sydney-based remedial construction contractors to recruit a commercially driven Business Development Manager focused on winning work and expanding client relationships.

This high-visibility, front-facing role identifies tenders, nurtures key industry relationships, and feeds a strong pipeline to pre-construction teams in Sydney Metro. An estimator/PM background is welcomed for pivot into full-time BD.

Formación

• Remedial / Restoration background and technical understanding of concrete spall, waterproofing, facade, structural repair, or Class 2 works.
• Industry networks with Sydney consultants, engineers, strata management agencies, or superintendents.
• Sales drive with hunter mentality; ambitious and self-motivated to open new doors and grow market share.
• Commercial acumen: speak authoritatively on building defect issues and high-level scopes of work.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively target and secure new tender opportunities across remedial construction segments.
• Build and maintain networks with Strata Managers, Body Corporates, Building Consultants, Structural Engineers, PMs and Superintendents.
• Represent the business at industry events, client lunches, strata seminars and tender presentations.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Management teams to qualify leads, review scope, and match strategies to tenders.
• Monitor industry trends and track upcoming project opportunities and competitor insights in Sydney Metro.
