Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a commercially minded Client Delivery Lead to own delivery outcomes and strengthen strategic client relationships across our Commercial portfolio.

You'll sit at the intersection of client relationships, technology delivery and business growth, ensuring exceptional outcomes while identifying opportunities to create greater value for clients. This is a role at the heart of our delivery practice in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT professional services engagements in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong delivery leadership across projects, consulting or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with Commercial sector clients across industries such as retail, FMCG, property, infrastructure, transport, utilities or other large enterprise environments.
• A track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• A commercial acumen and an understanding of revenue, margin, forecasting and contract performance.
• A growth mindset — spotting opportunities and turning delivery into lasting client partnerships.
• The ability to bring delivery, account and capability teams together to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes: Lead end-to-end delivery performance across client engagements, driving quality, governance, risk management and financial performance.
• Build trusted relationships: Partner with senior client stakeholders, understand their business priorities and become a trusted delivery advisor.
• Turn delivery into growth: Identify opportunities within existing engagements, shape solutions and convert successful delivery into expanded business.
• Drive commercial performance: Own delivery forecasting, revenue, margins and corrective actions to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Lead through collaboration: Work closely with Account, Practice and People Leaders to mobilise the right capabilities and build high-performing delivery teams.
• Raise the bar: Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement and strong delivery practices.
