Job summary

RGP Corporation in Australia is seeking a Training, Capability and Workforce Transition Lead to guide the people side of embedding change on a government program. The role focuses on training and capability uplift for a technology program or organisational design and workforce transition for operating-model change.

The incumbent will engage SES sponsors and leaders, design and deliver training, measure adoption and benefits, and ensure readiness activities align with release milestones.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and an active Australian Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
• Hybrid work setup in Canberra
• Experience on Australian Government programs in training, capability, organisational design or workforce transition
• Delivery of training needs analysis, design and delivery, or workforce transition planning with adoption measurement
• Experience with technology or operating-model change (AI, ServiceNow, ERP, cloud, cyber, digital transformation)
• Experience engaging SES sponsors and operational leaders
• Familiarity with the APS Change Framework
• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR, APMG or Agile Change methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the people side of embedding change on a government program.
• Run training needs analysis from change-impact assessments and role changes.
• Design and deliver training, learning materials and capability uplift timed to milestones.
• Assess workforce impacts and develop organisational design options and transition plans.
• Engage SES sponsors, operational leaders and affected employees through the transition.
• Measure training effectiveness, adoption and benefits, and hand over to BAU.
