Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty seeks a Technical Change Analyst to support ICT delivery projects by preparing change and training artefacts, running stakeholder engagement, and delivering communications to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

You will develop training materials and contribute to benefits realisation while working within the Salesforce/DFAT program context and governance framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an ICT Change Analyst role delivering outcomes in complex ICT projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and structure within Agile/Prince2 governance.
• Experience in assessing training needs and creating user guides, videos and online courses.
• Ability to prepare and deliver communication plans and timely content.
• Experience identifying benefits and providing evidence-based realisation outcomes.
• Proven ability to deliver artefacts on time with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts for stakeholders and end users.
• Deliver training, communications and stakeholder engagement; align with project and program leads.
• Produce discovery packs, change management plans, and communications content.
• Contribute to benefits realisation plans with data and metrics.
• Develop training content such as user guides, short videos, and e-learning modules.
