Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty is seeking a Technical Change Analyst to lead change management and training activities across ICT delivery projects. You will create and implement artefacts to support stakeholders and end users through transitions from current to future state.

Responsibilities include developing communication plans, facilitating learning materials, and ensuring benefits realisation while aligning with governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in ICT Change Analyst role.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and Agile within Prince2 governance.
• Experience in assessing training needs and preparing guides, videos, online courses.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver timely content.
• Experience identifying benefits and providing evidence-based realisation outcomes.
• Ability to deliver artefacts on time and to quality.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Persuasive oral and written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts for ICT projects.
• Develop change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Contribute to communication content, including emails, intranet posts, FAQs, briefing packs, and updates.
• Support benefits realisation through data collection and evidence of outcomes.
• Produce training materials such as user guides, videos, and online courses.
