Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive organisational readiness across payroll, workforce management and related people systems. This permanent role reports to Strategy and Transformation and collaborates with leaders, SMEs and implementation partners to enable a smooth transition.

You will develop change, training and communications strategies, lead training delivery, and monitor adoption across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management and training in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practices.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement across all organisational levels.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery skills within fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the change, training and communications strategy for business change and transformation
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify organisational readiness requirements across impacted business areas
• Design and deliver communication plans that build awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the program lifecycle
• Lead training strategy, materials development and learning delivery activities for different stakeholder groups
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs and implementation teams to prepare teams for new systems, processes and ways of working
• Monitor readiness, adoption and change outcomes, recommending interventions where required
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively support their teams through change
