Xpt Software Australia Pty in Australia is seeking a Technical Change Analyst to support ICT delivery projects within the Information Management and Technology Division. The role focuses on change planning, training material development, and stakeholder engagement to maximise system adoption and benefits realization.

You will prepare artefacts, manage communications, and ensure artefacts are delivered on time within governance frameworks, including agile interactions and Prince2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ICT Change Analyst experience in complex ICT projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and Agile within Prince2 governance.
• Experience identifying training needs and creating training guides, videos and online courses.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver timely communications content.
• Experience with benefits realisation and evidence-based outcomes of benefits.
• Ability to deliver artefacts on time and to quality expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Persuasive oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts for ICT delivery projects.
• Maximise ICT system adoption and realise benefits while minimising business disruption.
• Deliver training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Program Change lead to ensure alignment with IMD framework.
• Develop deliverables such as discovery packs, change plans, communications content, and training materials.
