Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of change across major technical and business initiatives. You will partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and embed new capabilities and ways of working that support Australia's future submarine capability.

The role focuses on building readiness, coaching leaders, and delivering targeted change plans and communications to enable sustained adoption in evolving environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing and delivering change strategies and plans.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation, operating model or tech change programs.
• PROSCI certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and deliver change strategies, plans and adoption activities.
• Assess organisational impacts, readiness and change risks.
• Coach leaders to enable leader-led change.
• Partner with project teams to embed change activities into delivery plans.
• Develop targeted change communications and engagement plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and workforce adoption.
• Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and operating models.
• Monitor change effectiveness and adjust plans where required.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of ASC's change management capability and framework.
