Job summary

City of Stonnington is seeking a Business Change Partner to drive planned, adopted and embedded organisational change across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will partner with project managers, leaders and stakeholders to deliver lasting benefits and practical change strategies aligned to milestones.

You will lead change adoption, training and enablement, advise sponsors, and ensure readiness for go-live while coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Certification in Change Management (Prosci CCP preferred; equivalent accepted).
• Experience in change planning, adoption and sustainment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Current Working with Children Check or Police Check, or willing to obtain before starting.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams; collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Experience delivering adoption and sustainment for digital/technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practical change strategies aligned to project milestones.
• Identify stakeholder impacts and readiness requirements end-to-end.
• Define change scope, dependencies and BAU impacts.
• Prioritise adoption activities to match delivery cadence.
• Design and deliver change communications and learning.
• Provide readiness inputs for cutover and go-live.
• Equip leaders with messaging and tools to lead their teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Report progress, readiness and adoption risks.
• Capture lessons learned to improve standards and tools.
