Qualifications

• Significant experience in large, complex digital transformation programs with stakeholder engagement and business relationship management.
• Proven ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and manage change at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record delivering engagement approaches, change management strategies, and adoption across technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and stakeholders as the primary liaison between IT and business functions.
• Partner with executives to understand strategic objectives and align technology initiatives with organisational goals.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including workshops, communities of practice, and executive briefings.
• Identify and manage stakeholder concerns, impacts, and resistance to enable successful implementation and readiness.
• Lead change, training, workforce, and readiness activities for new processes and system changes.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction, and recommend governance and communication improvements.
