Job summary

Lime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a Brisbane-based contract role to support the implementation of a new technology platform and broader enterprise transformation. The role involves vendor onboarding, design activities and preparing business teams for pilot use cases.

This hands-on position requires strong stakeholder engagement, planning and delivery of change activities across project teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prepare business stakeholders for vendor onboarding, design workshops and implementation activities.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder readiness, training and communication requirements.
• Develop and deliver change artefacts, including stakeholder communications, supporting materials, videos, SharePoint content and other engagement resources.
• Coordinate business readiness activities for pilot implementations, ensuring stakeholders understand the changes and their responsibilities.
• Oversee training plans to ensure appropriate stakeholder groups receive the necessary training and support.

Change Manager – Customer Correspondence Platform

Contract to 30 June 2027 plus likely extension | Brisbane CBD | Technology Transformation

Lime Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager for a contract opportunity with a large Queensland-based organisation undertaking a significant business and technology transformation.

About the Role

This role will support the implementation of a new technology platform and contribute to a broader enterprise transformation program. Initially, you will focus on a foundational technology implementation involving vendor onboarding, design activities and the preparation of business teams for pilot use cases.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Chang

e Manager who can balance forward planning and stakeholder engagement with the practical delivery of change activities. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, technical specialists and business stakeholders to ensure change is appropriately planned, communicated and embedded.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management approaches and plans to support technology implementation and broader transformation initiatives.
• Prepare business stakeholders for vendor onboarding, design workshops and implementation activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager delivering change across technology implementations and business transformation initiatives within a professional services organisation.
• Strong hands-on change management capability, including the development of communications, change impact assessments, training plans and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Experience preparing stakeholders for technology design, implementation, training and pilot activities.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business and technical teams.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate upcoming requirements and proactively address change impacts.
