Job summary

Lime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a contract opportunity with a large Queensland-based organisation undergoing a technology transformation. The role focuses on implementing a new platform, vendor onboarding, design activities and preparing business teams for pilot use cases in the Brisbane CBD.

You will work with project managers, business analysts and technical specialists to ensure change is planned, communicated and embedded.

Qualifications

• Proven Change Manager with technology implementation and business transformation experience.
• Strong communications, stakeholder engagement and training planning skills.
• Experience coordinating vendor onboarding and design workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans to support technology deployments.
• Prepare stakeholders for vendor onboarding, design workshops and pilot activities.
• Conduct change impact assessments and define readiness, training and communications.
• Create change artefacts and engagement materials (communications, videos, SharePoint).
• Coordinate business readiness for pilots and oversee training plans.
