Job summary

Circular Economy Systems (CES) in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of change across the organisation. You will partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness, support adoption, and embed new processes, systems, and ways of working.

You will lead strategies, conduct impact assessments, and coach leaders to ensure successful transformation outcomes while collaborating with ERP and enterprise system initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans.
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness.
• A pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change strategies, plans, and activities for large-scale transformations.
• Conduct impact assessments, identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Partner with leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across programs.
• Lead communication, training, and adoption to support outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable change readiness.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and business readiness throughout delivery.
• Coach leaders to guide their teams through change efforts.
• Integrate change management into project and delivery plans.
