Job summary

Circular Economy Systems seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of change across the organisation. You will partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness, support adoption, and embed new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Lead communication, training, and adoption activities, coach leaders, and ensure change is integrated into program plans with strong stakeholder engagement and a pragmatic outcomes-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans.
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness.
• A pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise system implementations is a plus.
• Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change strategies, plans, and activities for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and identify change risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Partner with business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Lead communication, training, and adoption activities to support successful change outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to create change readiness.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and business readiness throughout program delivery.
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change.
• Work closely with project and delivery teams to integrate change management into program plans.
