Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior Change Manager in Sydney for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead end-to-end change management for a major digital transformation, driving stakeholder engagement and transitioning enhancements into business as usual while coaching a Change Analyst.

You will work within a hybrid delivery environment, with on-site presence in Sydney at key milestones and interviews. The role reports to the Strategic Change Lead and requires proven leadership in complex,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end change management for large digital transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across diverse, senior and politically sensitive environments.
• Experience coaching or managing Change Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management approach for a major digital transformation program.
• Drive broad stakeholder engagement and transition enhancements into business as usual.
• Coach and supervise a dedicated Change Analyst and report to the Strategic Change Lead.
