Job summary

Circular Economy Systems in Sydney is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of transformation across CES. You’ll partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness and embed new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The role focuses on developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, driving stakeholder engagement, and coaching leaders to lead their teams through change; hybrid and flexible working are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Accelerating the transition to a circular economy

We are proud to be an active contributor in the circular economy through container deposit schemes (10c refund for eligible drink containers). We help our scheme partners to recycle close to 10 million drink containers every day, diverting them from landfill into the circular economy.

Our technology and services enable the circular lifecycle of drink containers. We have a large in-house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products. As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support.

CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly. About the role

About you

• Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders
• Ability to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness
• A pragmatic and hands‑on approach with a strong focus on outcomes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERP, D365, or enterprise system implementations
• Prosci, ADKAR, or other Change Management certification
• Experience in fast-growing, transformation-focused organisations
