Job summary

Circular Economy Systems (CES) in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of change across the organisation. You will partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness, support adoption, and embed new processes, systems, and ways of working.

You will lead strategies, conduct impact assessments, and coach leaders to ensure successful transformation outcomes while collaborating with ERP and enterprise system initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans.
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness.
• A pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Accelerating the transition to a circular economy

We are proud to be an active contributor in the circular economy through container deposit schemes (10c refund for eligible drink containers). We help our scheme partners to recycle close to 10 million drink containers every day, diverting them from landfill into the circular economy.

Our technology and services enable the circular lifecycle of drink containers. We have a large in-house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products. As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support.

CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly. About The Role

With several strategic transformation initiatives underway, we're looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of change across CES. You'll partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness, support adoption, and help embed new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.

Key Deliverables

• Develop and deliver change strategies, plans, and activities for large-scale transformation initiatives
• Conduct impact assessments and identify change risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
• Partner with business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Lead communication, training, and adoption activities to support successful change outcomes
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to create change readiness
• Measure adoption, engagement, and business readiness throughout program delivery
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change
• Work closely with project and delivery teams to integrate change management into program plans

About You

• Proven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs
• Experience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders
• Ability to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness
• A pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on outcomes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERP, D365, or enterprise system implementations
• Prosci, ADKAR, or other Change Management certification
• Experience in fast-growing, transformation-focused organisations
