Job summary

Cathara Consulting seeks experienced Change Managers to lead organisational change activities across complex projects in Australia. You will partner with sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, vendors and end users to drive readiness, adoption and sustained change outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, building executive relationships, and designing stakeholder engagement, communications and training programs across multiple

Qualifications

Proven Change Manager in large-scale transformations.
Experience with Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
Ability to translate technology and process changes into clear business impacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the change management strategy, roadmap and plans for projects.
Conduct change impact assessments across processes, roles, responsibilities, systems and ways of working.
Build relationships with executives, sponsors, SMEs and end users.
Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption activities.
Identify risks and adoption barriers and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to support understanding and ownership.
Align change activities with project milestones alongside project managers and vendors.
