Circular Economy Systems Pty (CES) is leading the move to a circular economy. We deploy software initiatives across product and engineering teams, aligning delivery with customer needs and business outcomes. Our Sydney HQ offers a hybrid and flexible working model.

We seek an organised Project Manager to translate priorities into clear delivery plans, manage cross-functional delivery and ensure scope, time and quality targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience delivering software products or technology projects.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional delivery with product, design, eng and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery initiatives, from planning through release and support.
• Clarify objectives, scope and milestones with product managers and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated delivery plans across product, design, engineering, data and operations.
