Ignite in Canberra is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead people-focused change across cyber security and transformation initiatives. You will partner with business, technical and executive stakeholders to assess impacts, craft engagement strategies and manage resistance to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.

This is a 12 month contract with extensions likely. You will develop strategies, coach staff and build internal capability while monitoring adoption and outcomes

Formación

• Existing NV1 security clearance.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational change initiatives.
• Experience in government, technology, cyber security or transformation environments.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders from operational teams to senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, change readiness and organisational risks.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and workshops.
• Support leaders and staff through periods of change.
• Manage change activities across related projects.
• Monitor adoption, readiness and business outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations and change documentation.
• Coach staff and build internal change management capability.
