Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a major Cyber Security Uplift program, delivering organisational and technology change for Canberra-based operations.

Based in Canberra with hybrid work after six weeks on site, the role starts January 2027 on a 12-month contract (up to 24 months). An EL1 equivalent and NV1 clearance (or able to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ change management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working across multi-stream programs.
• Change management qualification such as Prosci, CMI or equivalent.
• Cyber security/vulnerability management experience desirable; experience with Rapid7/Tenable/Archer a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change across major cyber security initiatives
• Develop and implement change strategies, plans and communications
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, risks and dependencies
• Work closely with senior executives, technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support new operating models, governance, processes and ways of working
• Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops and change readiness
• Build change capability and support knowledge transfer
