Job summary

Talent is seeking an organisational change leader to support a large-scale cyber uplift program across technology, processes, governance and ways of working. You’ll work with business, technical and executive stakeholders to understand impacts, build readiness and drive adoption of new capabilities and operating models.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex organisational change in large ICT/technology programs.
• Experience delivering change within highly regulated environments (e.g., Federal Government).
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments and adoption measures.
• Qualifications such as Prosci or equivalent accreditation.
• Experience supporting cyber security or operating model transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies, plans, frameworks and artefacts.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, risks, dependencies and capacity.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops and readiness activities.
• Translate complex technical and strategic information into clear business impacts and practical change interventions.
• Support adoption of new roles, governance arrangements, processes and ways of working.
