Job summary

Services Australia is seeking a Senior Change Manager to coordinate organisational change efforts within the Cyber Uplift Organisational Change Management team, focusing on people aspects of change across processes, tools, job roles and structures.

The role will work with business, technical and executive stakeholders to assess readiness, risks and dependencies and to embed new governance, roles and operating models to support the Cyber Security Strategy 2026–2031.

Qualifications

• Recognised change management qualification such as Prosci or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Jira or Proxima project management software.
• Extensive experience leading complex change initiatives in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain change management strategies, plans, frameworks and artefacts.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, change readiness, risks and dependencies.
• Translate technical information into clear business impacts and practical changes.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement and change-readiness activities.
• Facilitate workshops and readiness discussions.
• Support leaders to adopt new roles, governance and processes.
• Coordinate change activities across cyber security initiatives.
• Contribute to operating model development and performance measures.
• Prepare reports, briefs, and change documentation.
• Maintain change management records and artefacts.
