Job summary

Talenza in Canberra is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a major Federal Government cyber security uplift program. This role leads organisational change across two streams: the establishment and adoption of a new vulnerability management capability, and the development and implementation of a broader Cyber Security operating model.

The role requires working with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior executives, with hybrid arrangements after the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• Significant senior change management experience (EL1-equivalent level).
• 5+ years delivering change across large-scale ICT/technology programs.
• Experience in Federal Government or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability leading multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams.
• Certified change management practitioner or equivalent accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies and artefacts.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments and change-risk management.
• Translate cyber security changes into clear business impacts and adoption activities.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops and readiness activities.
• Support new governance structures, roles and operating model changes.
• Coordinate change activities across interconnected technology initiatives.
• Establish measures for readiness, adoption progress and benefits realisation.
• Coach and mentor teams to build internal change capability.
