Westpac Bank is seeking a Change Manager within Business Transaction Banking (BTB), based in NSW, Australia. You will work closely with Product Owners to manage and deliver BTB change initiatives, developing change approaches and monitoring outcomes.

This permanent, full-time role requires extensive change management experience across complex environments, with proven delivery in Agile and Waterfall settings, plus strong stakeholder engagement and risk awareness.

• Proven experience delivering change in Agile and Waterfall settings.
• Experience supporting large-scale system or migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of risk management and assurance principles.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Develop and deliver BTB change initiatives with Product Owners.
• Identify and assess change impacts; design interventions.
