Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Change Manager in NSW to lead BTB change initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners to shape change approaches, assess impacts, and implement interventions that drive successful outcomes.

The role requires delivering changes across agile and waterfall environments, with a focus on large-scale migrations and stakeholder engagement. You will monitor metrics and support risk-managed delivery in a dynamic banking setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience across complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering change in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale system or vendor migrations; migration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver BTB change initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Develop effective change approaches and assess change impacts.
• Design and implement change interventions to realise outcomes.
• Monitor key change metrics to support successful results.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
