Job summary

Westpac Bank is transforming how data is discovered, governed and consumed across the enterprise. As a Senior Change Manager, you will design pragmatic interventions that build capability, shift behaviours and accelerate adoption, partnering with Data Management, Governance, Risk, Technology and business teams.

You will lead adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure successful rollout of enterprise data capabilities including data catalogues, lineage and automation

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change within large-scale Data Management, Data Governance or enterprise data transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change and adoption strategies aligned to strategic Data Management initiatives and business outcomes.
• Work with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Governance professionals, Engineers, Analysts and stakeholders to understand impacts and accelerate adoption.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, education, training and capability uplift activities.
• Translate Data Management concepts into practical business outcomes and practitioner benefits.
• Help practitioners build confidence in new data discovery, governance, and controls.
• Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions that support new behaviours.
• Use adoption metrics and feedback to improve outcomes and value realization.
• Collaborate with delivery and platform teams to align capability delivery and adoption activities.
• Align adoption activities with the Practice's future skills and capability strategy.
