Job summary

Melbourne Water Corporation in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Change Specialist to lead organisational change initiatives across the business. You will partner with leaders, sponsors and delivery teams to build readiness, support adoption and achieve sustainable business outcomes.

You will develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change strategies, assess workforce impacts and risks, coach leaders in effective change sponsorship, and oversee communication, engagement, learning and transition

Qualifications

• Experienced change professional capable of partnering with leaders and sponsors to drive complex change initiatives.
• Ability to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans.
• Proven experience embedding change management standards and practices in delivery workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership sponsorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies, plans and interventions across initiatives.
• Ensure change approaches match scale, complexity and people impact.
• Embed change management standards and practices in delivery activities.
• Lead change activities from planning through to implementation and adoption.
• Partner with sponsors and senior leaders to strengthen leadership of change.
• Monitor adoption and engagement outcomes and refine interventions.
• Support embedding new behaviours, processes and ways of working.
