• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Oversee change impact assessments, readiness and adoption planning.
• Provide strategic advice to sponsors, executives and governance forums.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Lead and support a dedicated change management team.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and intervene to sustain benefits realisation.
