Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty in Sydney is seeking a senior Change Lead to drive a university-wide transformation, shaping governance, risk and compliance for a large, matrixed organisation.

You will own the end-to-end change management approach, lead a dedicated team, and partner with program sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes, operating models and supporting technology across faculties, divisions and corporate functions. Contract through to 30 June 2027.

Qualifications

Lead the change strategy for a major university-wide transformation, shaping how a large and complex organisation manages third-party relationships, governance, risk and compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership across a significant transformation program introducing new processes, governance frameworks and supporting technology capabilities.

This is an opportunity to influence change at an organisational level, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across a diverse, complex environment.

The opportunity You will take ownership of the overall change management approach, ensuring the organisation is equipped to adopt new ways of working and embed sustainable change across faculties, divisions and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• A strong track record of implementing new operating models, processes, governance arrangements or enterprise systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and executive communication skills.
• Experience working within structured program and project governance environments.
• The ability to lead change practitioners, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on measurable adoption outcomes.
