Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a proactive Change Analyst to support a major transformation initiative in Sydney. You will assess change impacts, support business readiness and deliver effective change management activities across the program.

You will work with project teams and stakeholders to translate information into practical change actions, plans and communications, ensuring successful outcomes and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change management initiatives in complex environments.
• Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing change artefacts, reports and stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness reviews to identify impacts and gaps.
• Undertake stakeholder analysis and contribute to engagement strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of change management plans and readiness activities.
• Identify change-related risks and suggest practical mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reporting and status updates for program governance forums.
• Document current and future state processes, requirements and impacts.
• Contribute to the delivery of organisational change and transformation activities.
