Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty in Sydney is seeking a senior Change Lead to drive a university-wide transformation, shaping governance, risk and compliance for a large, matrixed organisation.

You will own the end-to-end change management approach, lead a dedicated team, and partner with program sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes, operating models and supporting technology across faculties, divisions and corporate functions. Contract through to 30 June 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex organisational transformations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across large, matrixed environments.
• Experience implementing new operating models, processes or governance arrangements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on measurable adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Oversee change impact assessments, organisational readiness and adoption planning.
• Provide strategic advice to program sponsors, senior executives and governance forums.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Lead and support a dedicated change management team.
• Monitor change saturation, readiness and adoption outcomes, implementing interventions where required.
• Support benefits realisation and the successful transition to the new operating model.
