Job summary

Talent International partners with one of Australia's leading universities to recruit an experienced Change Analyst to support a major transformation program. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems and governance frameworks.

The initial contract runs until June 2027, with potential for extension and broad organisational impact across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR change methodologies.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience preparing change documentation, reports and stakeholder materials.
• Analytical, problem-solving and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Undertake stakeholder analysis and support engagement planning.
• Develop change management plans, communications and supporting materials.
• Identify change-related risks and mitigate where possible.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for program stakeholders and governance forums.
• Work with stakeholders to document current and future state processes and requirements.
• Support the broader adoption of new systems, processes and governance frameworks.
