Toyota Finance Australia is looking for a proactive Change Manager to drive people-focused outcomes across strategic Domain programs and BAU projects. This role sits in Scoresby, Melbourne and involves engaging stakeholders, coordinating communications, and supporting training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, project, transformation or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
• Experience developing communications, presentations and change collateral.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of change activities across multiple Domain and BAU initiatives.
• Assist with stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and change readiness activities.
• Develop and coordinate communications, presentations, and engagement materials.
• Support training and capability uplift activities where required.
• Maintain change plans, action logs, and reporting artefacts.
• Coordinate workshops, stakeholder forums, and engagement sessions.
• Track and report on change progress, risks, issues, and key milestones.
• Partner with project teams to ensure people impacts are considered throughout project delivery.
• Provide flexible support across a diverse portfolio of initiatives as priorities evolve.
