MMS is seeking a Change Manager to lead a major enterprise transformation in Melbourne or Brisbane. This full-time fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027 and focuses on embedding new ways of working and the people side of change.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy, deliver readiness and adoption programs, and partner with executives and delivery teams to maximise benefits and minimise disruption for both internal and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing complex interdependencies across multiple initiatives or programs.
• Actively plan and coordinate stakeholders in the execution of change activities that support program delivery.
• Lead business engagement and actively manage/coordinate business readiness activities.
• Proven experience leading change management in large-scale transformation programs across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing change impacts across internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Professional Change Management certification and relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
