Job summary

Westpac is looking for a Change and Adoption Lead in Sydney to drive the Unite Transformation Capability Team's change, culture and adoption strategy, including the DDO shift, to achieve sustained leadership behaviour and measurable performance improvements.

You will own the integrated change, culture and adoption strategy, translate DDO ambition into observable leadership practices and reinforce programmes into one adoption system, connecting TDI, coaching, feedback, communities and capability.

Qualifications

Senior experience leading complex enterprise change, culture or capability transformation.
Deep knowledge of adoption, behaviour change, readiness, sponsorship and reinforcement.
Demonstrated ability to mobilise senior leaders across organisational boundaries.
Experience designing practical interventions that connect formal learning to real work.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated change, culture and adoption strategy.
Lead sponsorship, readiness, adoption measurement and interventions.
Equip LT, people leaders and matrix leaders with practical tools, expectations and coaching.
Design adoption journeys that connect formal experiences with application, reflection, manager reinforcement and peer learning.
