Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in organisational change management across multi-disciplinary initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently conduct change and business readiness assessments and drive adoption.
• Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills with proficiency in standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change impact and readiness assessments with risk and dependency analysis.
• Develop and execute integrated change and communication plans, including visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Design and deliver targeted training and support models for long-term adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Track adoption metrics and adjust interventions to embed new ways of working.
• Support safety, values and risk management within scope.
