Westpac is seeking an Executive Manager, Leadership & Culture to shape the culture and leadership agenda across a large organisation. You’ll partner with senior leaders to diagnose culture challenges and translate insights into practical, scalable solutions that drive lasting behavioural change.

You’ll lead culture and leadership initiatives, facilitate executive conversations and leverage data to measure impact.

Formación

• Significant experience driving culture change at scale within large organisations.
• Strong diagnostic capability to uncover underlying issues and shape practical solutions.
• Credibility and confidence with senior leaders, including influencing and constructive challenge.
• Experience designing and delivering culture, leadership and behavioural interventions from concept to implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to shape culture plans and strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance and outcomes.
• Turn complex challenges into practical, targeted interventions.
• Design and deliver culture, leadership and behavioural initiatives that shift mindsets and ways of working.
• Facilitate leadership team conversations and workshops that build alignment and action.
• Use data and insights to diagnose issues, measure impact and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate across People Team and business to embed change and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Constructively challenge thinking and influence change across a complex organisation.
