Job summary

Western Sydney University seeks a Change Lead to drive change planning, delivery and adoption across major programs. You will perform change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and identify people impacts, adoption risks and the support required for successful transitions.

You will develop change and adoption plans covering stakeholder engagement, messages, communications and training needs. Working with program teams, internal comms specialists and senior leaders, you will coordinate

Qualifications

Extensive experience developing and delivering change strategies for large, complex programs.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication with senior executives.
Sound knowledge of contemporary change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of change strategies across major programs.
Develop change and adoption plans including stakeholder engagement, messages, communications and training.
Lead a small team of change and communication resources and report on people and change aspects of program delivery.
