Western Sydney University is seeking a senior change leader to drive development and delivery of change strategies across major programs at Parramatta South. You will assess impacts, map stakeholders, and ensure adoption through effective communications and training.

You will guide practical change frameworks, coordinate with program teams and senior leaders, and lead a small change and communications team while reporting on readiness and adoption risks to governance bodies.

Formación

• A degree in Management, Business, Communications, Human Resources or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering change strategies for large, complex programs.
• Sound knowledge and practical application of contemporary change management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies for major programs.
• Develop adoption plans covering stakeholder engagement, messages, communications and training needs.
• Coordinate activities against program milestones and run governance reporting.
• Lead a small team of change and communication resources.
