Job summary

Western Sydney University in Parramatta is seeking a senior Change Manager to lead the development and delivery of change strategies across major programs. You will conduct change impact assessments, map stakeholders, and identify adoption risks to support successful transitions.

You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, develop communications and training plans, and work with governance bodies while leading a small team of change resources.

Qualifications

• A degree in Management, Business, Communications, Human Resources or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering change strategies for large, complex programs.
• Sound knowledge and practical application of contemporary change management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience developing organisational change frameworks, tools and approaches.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies for major programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping to identify adoption risks.
• Develop adoption plans including stakeholder engagement, communications and training needs.
• Coordinate activities against program milestones and facilitate governance forums.
• Lead a small team of change and communications resources and report on people-related delivery.
