You will identify opportunities, build enduring client relationships, and lead the BD pipeline from early lead to successful project award, collaborating with Estimating, Design and site teams to align strategy with market needs.

• Proven ability to develop opportunities from lead to project award.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Lead the business development pipeline from initial lead to award and close-out.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Design and site teams to align strategy with market needs.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to innovation and the company’s external brand.
