Job summary

Concrete Partnerships Pty Ltd, a leading Sydney-based builder specialising in Fit Out and Heavy Refurbishment, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth. You will work with the Managing Director to open new doors, secure opportunities and build a robust pipeline in occupied spaces.

The role focuses on hospitality, government, defence, aged care and education sectors, with projects up to $20m+.

Qualifications

• Proven BDM experience in commercial head contractor market.
• Strong network in Sydney Fit Out/Heavy Refurbishment sector.
• Ability to identify and convert opportunities in occupied spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client and consultant relationships across Sydney.
• Open doors with organisations not currently working with the business.
• Identify upcoming Fit Out/Heavy Refurbishment opportunities up to $20m+.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality project opportunities.
• Support market intelligence on clients, competitors, sectors, and projects.
