• Proven track record in broker relationships and lending.
• Experience engaging with external stakeholders and growing networks.
• Strong understanding of responsible lending and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain broker relationships across key broker segments, leveraging data insights and networks
• Engage regularly with external stakeholders to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
• Partner with brokers to review submission quality and conversion, enhancing customer outcomes while ensuring responsible lending and ethical practices
• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate across policy, process and product
• Deliver education and training to brokers on Bankwest policy, processes and products
