Aussie is seeking a Mortgage Broker to join a growing Perth team. You will handle residential and investment loan applications, analyze borrowing power, and interview clients face-to-face or via video.

A supportive environment offers in-house leads, back-office support, and access to advanced tech. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, have 2+ years of experience, and excel in communication and client relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Exposure to construction loans and equity release is beneficial.
• Accreditation with AFG is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner-occupied and investment loans.
• Provide detailed analysis of Borrowing Power as required by referrers.
• Hold client interviews face-to-face or via video conferencing.
• Provide tailored financial solutions based on individual circumstances.
• Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients and third parties to settle applications promptly.
• Maintain and service the trail book and ensure compliance with regulations.
