Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate business development or B2B growth within financial services or fintech.
• Experience with C-suite outreach, strategic prospecting and tailored capability presentations.
• Solid understanding of superannuation landscape and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and maintain a high-performing pipeline of corporate acquisition opportunities.
• Drive inorganic member and FUM growth via employer default selections, RFPs and tenders.
• Build long-term relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, advisers and tender consultants.
• Lead regional engagements with peak bodies and local business groups.
• Utilize CRM for opportunity management, sector reporting and market forecasting.
