Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Corporate Partner Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with corporate clients. You will develop, acquire and maintain partnerships, coach bankers, and enable ongoing engagement across Consumer and Business Banking to boost first-party mortgage growth.

You will build new relationships, identify opportunities, and present to senior executives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver value and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• A proactive approach to networking to identify new partner opportunities.
• Ability to attract new business opportunities and relationship management are a must-have.
• Customer centric & Mortgage Lending knowledge is highly regarded.
• Experience presenting to senior executives (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits).
• Versatility to present to large groups onsite or via virtual methods.

Responsibilities

• Forge new relationships and business as you develop, acquire, and maintain partnerships to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Coach bankers and facilitate ongoing corporate partnership engagement across the business.
• Onboard and manage strategic corporate partnerships to drive 1st party mortgage growth.
