Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a motivated Bid & Submissions Coordinator to own the submissions process, coordinate bids, tenders and proposals, and deliver high-quality documents.

You'll work with key stakeholders to gather information, ensure deadlines are met and continuously streamline submission workflows in a collaborative environment.

The role offers a proactive, detail-oriented professional the chance to impact multiple projects across civil construction with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination, submissions, tenders or proposal preparation is required.
• Strong written communication, proofreading and formatting skills.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate or industry-related experience in a similar role.
• Experience in civil construction is highly regarded.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and meet deadlines.
• Prepare, format, edit and review professional submission documents.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Manage multiple submissions simultaneously with high accuracy.
• Maintain submission templates and content libraries, updating documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve submission quality.
