Grove Hire is seeking a commercially minded Bid Coordinator to support our Major Projects team. You will coordinate tender opportunities from identification through submission and handover, bringing together pricing, 3D site-amenity layouts, technical information and persuasive responses to position Grove Hire to win.

Reporting within the Major Projects team, you will keep bids organised, accurate and on schedule while coordinating input from sales, operations, suppliers and other stakeholders

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating bids and tenders.
• Strong written communication and document formatting.
• Ability to manage deadlines and schedules.
• Proficiency with pricing data and technical details.

• Monitor and qualify upcoming tender and project opportunities.
• Manage bid schedules, submission requirements, deadlines and document control.
• Coordinate pricing, supplier information, technical details and internal approvals.
• Prepare clear, professional tender responses, capability statements and supporting documents.
• Assist with 3D site-amenity and compound layouts for proposed project solutions.
• Check submissions for accuracy, compliance, consistency and presentation quality.
• Maintain bid registers, templates, project records and reusable content.
• Support handover of successful bids to the delivery team.
